Mobility & Independence

Power wheelchairs, walkers, stair lifts, ramps, hospital beds, and other mobility equipment

Home & Accessibility

Bathroom modifications, shower chairs, and accessibility improvements that make daily living safer

Medical & Health Needs

Assistance with qualifying health-related costs, including expenses like MRIs, that fall outside insurance

Everyday Support

Grocery services, air-conditioning/generator needs, and financial hardship support during difficult stretches

WHO CAN APPLY

Applicants must have a confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and demonstrate a need for assistance that will improve their safety, mobility, independence, or quality of life. Requests must be for items or services that can be purchased directly by the Knock Out MS Foundation. Additional documentation, including verification from a healthcare provider and/or estimates for the requested item, may be required. All requests are reviewed individually and are subject to eligibility and available funding.

  • Details about the item or assistance being requested

  • Quote or estimate, if available

  • Healthcare provider information, if applicable

  • Complete our Assistance Request Form or contact us directly

  • Your healthcare provider’s office may also contact us on your behalf

STEP 4

Hear from our team

  • Our team will review your application and documentation

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for an initial response

  • We’ll contact you if additional information is needed

  • Approved applicants will receive next steps for assistance
